Is it so hard to build a neighborhood so people can actually walk, or bike to things? Schools. Libraries. grocery stores.
My biggest gripe this time of year is how close students can actually live to a school and not be able to walk or bike there,
because a safe convient route, for walking, was not planned on when the school or neighborhood was built.
currently we live in a neighborhood where 2 bus loads of kids live close enough to walk or bike, but none of them can.
