Greetings:

When debating the issue of taxes, the public must be advised of the Criminal Complaint and Affidavit filed with the Office of the Governor, Fairfax County Police, the Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney and Fairfax County Magistrate Office against Bob McDonnell’s and other named government officials (“Bob McDonnell, et al.”)*, for malfeasance, mismanagement of the public’s trust and money in violation of Va. Code §§ 18.2-481(5), 2-482,  and, 499 (see http://home.earthlink.net/~treason/).  In summary, the cost of government and the increase in taxes can be traced to the ongoing conspiracy by Bob McDonnell et al., to “[resist] the execution of the laws under color of [their] authority,” to stonewall accountability (see, 2005 Petition, http://www.liamsdad.org/others/isidoro.shtml; see also 2009 presentation to NOVA  Delegates, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAkEfjcA5sQ).

The evidence is that there is that Bob McDonnell et al., have participated in a criminal conspiracy to enforce a void order to punish me in retaliation for exercising my federal and Virginia statutory rights as a father and independent civil litigator Thus, my actions are not taken lightly, but based on my oath to defend and protect the Constitution, the Republic, and its citizens from all enemies “foreign and domestic,” taken during the past 45 years as a Nam Vet, as Carter/Reagan White House appointee, and federal trial/appellate practitioner.  Query, if I with more than three decades of trail/appellate litigation experience can be deprived of access to an impartial jury trial and court to stop malfeasance by Bob McDonnell et al., how are either an inexperience attorney or layman to hold Virginia government officials accountable for mismanagement and malfeasance?
