What does everyone think of red light cameras? They basically catch stop light runners and then automatically send them tickets in the mail.

face my accuser
If I go to court after my car gets a ticket who do I question at the hearing. I have a constitutional right to face my accuser and would want to do that? How does one question the accuract of the camera and its data? If an officer gives me a ticket he must be able to convince the judge he did everything within the procedures and his equipment meets all manufacturer and legal standards. Who provides this with a camera? again I would want to ask this in court.
What else is new?
Why not? My impression of traffic regulation down where I live is it has only one purpose: Increase revenue...Lights that change so fast, sometimes cars have to run them. Now they don't have to have someone waiting to catch them...
